Essential Patient Care LLC is a new and affordable residential living Home located in Safford, Arizona owned and operated by Valerie Hernandez, a licensed Assisted Living Home Manager with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and schooling. Essential Patient Care LLC is a 24/7 assisted living facility that takes care of all of daily needs. At Essential Patient Care LLC we provide companionship to residents and work hard to establish a relationship of trust between our patients, their families, and our staff. We are experienced and accept patient with Alzheimers, Dementia and many other medical conditions.
